CINEMA LENS RENTAL REWARD MAIL-IN OFFER
From March 18th - June 30th, 2013, rent an eligible Canon Cinema Zoom or Compact Zoom Lens where the minimum rental cost for each lens is $250 and you may be eligible to receive a $250 American Express Reward Card. Also, rent a set of at least three eligible Cinema Prime Lenses where the minimum rental cost for each set must be $250 and you may be eligible to receive a $250 American Express Reward Card. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Offer good in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, on eligible lenses rented by an end-user customer from a rental house between March 18, 2013 and June 30, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). Eligible lenses are CN-E30-300MM, CN-E14.5-60MM, CN-E15.5-47MM, CN-E30-105MM, or at least three of these five prime lenses: CN-E14mm T3.1 L F, CN-E24mm T1.5 L F, CN-E50mm T1.3 L F, CN-E85mm T1.3 L F, CN-E135mm T2.2 L F. Minimum cost for rental must be $250.00 per rental. A rental house means a corporate entity in good standing in the business of renting imaging equipment from a commercial brick and mortar establishment and which owns the lenses subject to the rental. End users are limited to one $250 American Express Reward Card per eligible lens or set of lenses rented. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, end-users will be limited to a maximum of five (5) reward cards during the Promotion Period. Canon reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time in its discretion without notice. Offer void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited by Federal, State or Local law. Claim form can be obtained from location where eligible lens(es) are being rented. The American Express Reward Card can be used at U.S. merchants that accept American Express® Cards. Subject to applicable law, a $2.00 monthly fee will be assessed against Card balance starting 7 months after Card issuance. No ATM cash withdrawal. Some limitations apply, including restriction on use at cruise lines or for recurring billing. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Except as otherwise stated in the Cardholder Agreement or where required by law, this Card cannot be redeemed for cash. This Card is issued pursuant to a loyalty, reward or other promotional program.
